By accessing or using Miniflix, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Miniflix Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

About Miniflix

Miniflix provides access to independent films, short-form series, festival selections, and related creator resources through the web, Roku, Fire TV, mobile browsers, and supported partner platforms.

Accounts, Profiles, and Devices

You are responsible for the information submitted with your account, for keeping your password secure, and for activity under your account. Miniflix may provide profile and device-management features so households can organize viewing across supported devices.

Viewing Content

Content on Miniflix is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not copy, download, redistribute, rebroadcast, sell, modify, or publicly exhibit Miniflix content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Filmmaker and Creator Tools

Approved filmmaker accounts may receive access to Miniflix Content Management tools, downloads, submission workflows, and status pages. Creators are responsible for having the rights needed to submit films, artwork, trailers, captions, metadata, and other materials.

Prohibited Uses

• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, stream protections, account limits, or platform rules.
• Do not upload or submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or malicious material.
• Do not interfere with Miniflix systems, security, delivery infrastructure, or user accounts.

Intellectual Property

Miniflix branding, interface design, software, and platform materials are owned by Miniflix or its licensors. Films, series, artwork, and related creative materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and licensors.

Third-Party Platforms

Miniflix may rely on third-party platforms, app stores, streaming providers, hosting providers, payment services, analytics tools, or email providers. Those services may have their own terms and technical limitations.

Availability and Changes

Miniflix may update, remove, pause, or change features, titles, availability windows, platform support, and creator workflows at any time. We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Miniflix is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Miniflix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

Miniflix may suspend or terminate access to accounts, creator tools, submissions, or services if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access could create risk for Miniflix, users, partners, or rights holders.
